The Rt. Hon Priti Patel MP is the data controller.

How do we process data?

In rare cases, we may also process data under the lawful basis of legitimate interest.

Data Retention
The Office of the Rt. Hon Priti Patel MP will hold data for no longer than the period for which Ms Patel is elected as a Member of Parliament for Witham. Casework and policy queries are often revisited to provide the best service and representation for constituents, from whom we may continue to receive correspondence. Therefore, we feel it is reasonable for an elected representative to hold personal data for the duration of the time they are elected as a Member of Parliament.
