Priti Patel hails five Witham businesses on reaching major milestones
The Witham MP, Priti Patel has today (10th July), been in town to meet up with and congratulate five local businesses on reaching major milestones. Kaiya Lathan of K L Aerial Fitness has reached ten years and Tina Townsend of Acacia Business Services Ltd and Michael Bailey of EBM Managed Services have been in business for 15 years.
Reaching the most impressive anniversaries are Ian Cass of Compliant Solutions (20 years) and Scott Fogerty of Cannon BMW (25 years).
Priti, speaking after meeting them all, said: “I am hugely impressed that so many of these Witham businesses have stood the test of time, particularly when you consider the difficulties they will have experienced during the last 3-4 months. It is a testament to how well managed they are and hard they have worked. I congratulate them all on their milestones and wish them well in reaching even more milestones.
“In my view, small businesses are the life support system of our economy and I speak as someone who comes from a small-business background. I will always speak up for them and help them in any way I can.”
