Priti calls in at the J’Adore Bridal Boutique in Coggeshall for a business update
On Wednesday 6th April 2022, Priti Patel, the MP for Witham, called in at the J’Adore Bridal Boutique, 8 Market End, Coggeshall, to meet Linda Thomson, who is the proprietor. The visit had been postponed several times by Covid restrictions and diary clashes but Priti wanted to catch up with Linda to find out how her business is progressing and to hear about a successful new brand, recently introduced.
Since it opened more than two years ago, the Bridal Boutique has weathered the problems created by the pandemic and has continued to grow as a business. The Boutique specialises in providing a very personal service to brides to be, which recognises that every bride is an individual and each wedding is unique. The aspiration is to provide a wedding gown and accessories that matches each bride’s own personality and the theme of the wedding. J’Adore has recently introduced a new ‘Curvy’ brand of wedding outfits, which is proving very popular.
Priti said: “It was good to finally visit the J’Adore Bridal Boutique and have a proper chat with Linda. It was very pleasing to hear how well they are doing and all about their new product line. The dresses I looked at were amazing and so beautiful! I hope local people will continue to give the Boutique their full support. Wedding season is just around the corner!”
Linda Thomson said: “It was a real pleasure to have Priti here and to tell her about my experiences in setting up the business and surviving the pandemic. Her encouragement and support were very much appreciated.”
