Avenue Road resurfaced!
Avenue Road in Witham is one of the first local roads to have been resurfaced from the Government’s reallocation of public money from the HS2 project. Essex County Council has received approximately £121m of this HS2 money to cover the period between 2023/24 and 2033/34.
Priti said: “I am pressing the County Council to prioritise road investment across our local highways network so that local roads are safe for all road users.”
