Priti opens new pet supply store in Coggeshall

The Witham MP, Priti Patel has called in to formally open Woof & Purr pet supplies in Bridge Street, Coggeshall. This new business is focused on providing natural foods, snacks and toys for enriching the lives of dogs and cats. The idea for the business came through Covid lockdowns when alternative sources had to be found for improving the lives of pets.

Hannah Thompson and Paul Hayward, Managing Directors of Woof & Purr welcomed the MP to their store on Friday 14th October 2022. Before performing the ribbon cutting opening ceremony, Priti was shown around the store and was given a briefing on the future plans Hannah and Paul have for their business.

After the visit, Priti said: “It was great to meet Hannah and Paul and hear all about their plans. There definitely is a niche in the market for a supplier of more natural foods and treats for pets as well as the toys that so enrich their lives. I hope that local people in Coggeshall and the surrounding areas will give Woof & Purr their full support.”
